Hilton Care provides high quality person-centred support to adults with learning disabilities, some of whom may have associated disabilities such as physical disabilities, sensory impairment, and mental health needs. We are passionate about ensuring that the people we support make their own choices.
Support Services
Hilton Care has been providing a range of flexible support services to adults with learning disabilities since 1993. We are registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and we principally focus on Supported Living services.

- By making sure that we properly understand each Tenant’s / Service User's wishes
